Mr. Vivek Kumar Rai has completed his Master’s in Law in Human Rights Law. He is the Founding & Senior Partner of HSVR Lawyers and Partners and brings with him over 23 years of extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution. Over the course of his distinguished career, he has represented clients in numerous significant matters before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, the Allahabad High Court, as well as various District Courts, State Commissions, Consumer Commissions, and Tribunals. A seasoned litigator known for his strategic legal approach and strong courtroom advocacy, Mr. Rai has developed extensive expertise across a wide range of practice areas, including Criminal Law, Family Law, Motor Vehicle Accident Claims, matters under the Negotiable Instruments Act, proceedings under the SARFAESI Act, Consumer Protection Act, Civil Litigation, and Constitutional matters. As the driving force behind HSVR Lawyers and Partners, Mr. Rai has played a pivotal role in establishing and strengthening the firm’s litigation practice. Mr. Ajai Dwivedi

Mr. Ajai Dwivedi is a Salaried Partner at HSVR Lawyers and Partners and brings extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution. He regularly represents clients in a wide range of matters, including family disputes, civil litigation, criminal matters, and service-related issues. He frequently appears before the Hon’ble High Court at Lucknow as well as various subordinate courts and tribunals. Mr. Dwivedi possesses particular expertise in civil litigation and is known for his practical approach and strong Advocacy in complex legal disputes. Mr. Priyanshu Kumar (PK)

Mr. Priyanshu Kumar (PK) is a Senior Partner at HSVR Lawyers and Partners and heads the firm’s Corporate & Commercial Law practice. He brings over 23 years of extensive advisory experience in complex corporate and transactional matters.
His practice primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity (PE), venture capital (VC), joint ventures (JV), and related transactions. He has significant experience in drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements, joint venture agreements, and various commercial contracts. He also regularly advises clients on structuring transactions, preparing term sheets and reports, and conducting comprehensive legal due diligence. Mr. Kumar has advised a diverse clientele ranging from medium-sized enterprises and blue-chip multinational corporations to family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs), including members of the Royal Families of Brunei and the United Arab Emirates.

Mr. Jasdeep Singh

Mr. Jasdeep Singh is an academician and advocate associated with HSVR Lawyers and Partners as the Chief Academic Consultant. With a strong academic orientation towards legal research and scholarship, he plays an important role in providing academic insight and research-based support to the firm.
He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. from Punjabi University, Patiala, and has authored several research works that have received international recognition and publication. Mr. Singh holds a Master’s Degree in Law from Kurukshetra University and has been enrolled with the Bar since 2008. In addition to his academic pursuits, he has practical experience in legal practice and provides advisory support in matters relating to family law and allied legal issues. His academic expertise and research-oriented approach contribute significantly to the firm’s legal analysis and advisory work.

Ms. Utkarsha Pathak

Ms. Utkarsha Pathak is a qualified advocate who completed her BA.LLB with a specialization in International Laws (2017–2022) under a full 100 percent scholarship from Amity University, Uttar Pradesh. She has worked as a Legal Associate at the High Court of Lucknow, gaining well-rounded experience in Criminal Matters, Family Disputes, Contract Drafting, and Civil Litigation. Beyond her courtroom work, she has also been involved in legal content creation and research, contributing to various analytical and academic projects within the legal field.

Ms. Rupal Saxena

Ms. Rupal Saxena holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (BA.LLB, 2019–2024) with specialization in International Laws and a Master’s Degree in Law (LLM, 2024–2025) with specialization in Constitutional Laws, both from Amity University, Uttar Pradesh, where she was awarded scholarships for academic excellence. She has worked as a Junior Associate at the Hon’ble High Court of Lucknow and has gained extensive experience in handling Criminal Law, Family Law, Civil Litigation, and Contract Drafting matters. Rupal brings a research-oriented and analytical approach to her practice and forms a valuable part of Litigation and Legal Drafting team.

Mr. Shivam Srivastava

Shivam Srivastava is an Advocate holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB, 2021–2024) from University of Lucknow. He has worked as a Legal Associate before the Hon’ble High Court and District Court of Lucknow, where he gained extensive experience in handling criminal, family, civil, and contractual matters. Shivam has also served as an Immigration Attorney with a US-based law firm, where he advised clients under US legal systems. His expertise includes criminal and family law, contract drafting, and civil disputes under Indian law, as well as US immigration and non-immigration matters, including asylum, VAWA petitions, green card applications, adjustment of status, SIJ cases, and various visa categories.
