• Successfully represented internationally criminal extradited from Singapore in a Criminal appeal against the conviction for murder.
• Represented in a Landmark contempt case re DGME (Director General Medical Education)
• Successfully argued on points involving Constitutional and Regulatory law in a matter pertaining to UPPGME-03 (Uttar Pradesh Post Graduate Medical Examination) challenged in a writ petition wherein important point was decided.
• Argued in another constitutionally important case wherein Amendment in marking rules by Awadh University in mid session of medical course was challenged and subsequently quashed by the High Court which was also confirmed by Hon’ble Supreme Court . Thousands of medical students were benefited.
• Appeared and Assisted in a constitutional challenging pertaining to reservation of Most Backward caste in UP in the Hon’ble High Court and in Supreme Court.
• Appeared and assisted in a landmark case pertaining to International Extradition and the Sovereign assurance given by the Government of India.

• He has been the instructing solicitor in a number of leading/landmark reported cases in the field of public law and human rights law, some examples are as follows:
• MM v Secretary of State for the Home Department [2014] EWCA Civ 985, [SJ v SSHD] this case involved the question of whether there was a breach of the ECHR by imposing minimum income requirement in the Immigration Rules. He was the instructing solicitor of this case both at the High Court , the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court UK.
• B & Anor (R on the application of ) v Secretary of State for the Home Department [2014] EWCA Civ 854. This case involved the question whether the removal of a child with her father to France would be a breach of Art 8,9 and 14, where the Appellant child would not be able to wear the burka at school as the burka is banned in France. This case was also reported in the Times Law Report. [Burkha/Turban Ban]
